4. How We Store Your Data
Intake form submissions are stored in a Supabase PostgreSQL database hosted in the United States (us-east-1 region). Access is restricted to service-role credentials used exclusively by our server-side API route. No client-side code can read submission data. Row-Level Security policies block all anonymous read access.
Email notifications triggered by form submissions are delivered via Resend. Resend processes your name and email to route the notification to our inbox. No submission data is stored by Resend beyond standard email delivery logs, which expire per their own retention policy.
